Bulbophyllum intricatum Seidenf., Dansk Bot. Ark. View in CoL 33 (3): 119, 1979
Specimens examined:— KACHIN. Putao District : fide Aung et al. (2020: 64) . CHIN. Falam District : comm. 9 Oct 1923, Daun 44 ( K), ident. uncertain . SHAN. Taunggyi District : 1480 m, 15 Dec 2014, Fujikawa et al. 101848 ( MBK) . KAYIN. Thaungyin Valley: Beddome 8185 ( BM), ident. uncertain .
Distribution:— Myanmar and Thailand.
Note:— Previously Seidenfaden (1979: 122) noted that two plants probably belonging to this species are mounted on the type sheet of the Myanmar endemic Bulbophyllum pechei Bull , suggesting that B. intricatum should not be considered endemic to Thailand, which it was at the time, but has “a more western distribution”. This can now be confirmed.
