C o m m e n t s: The species was based on material labelled " Chili " ( PIC 1920: 3) and subsequently recorded from Santiago: Playas ( LÖBL 1983: 167). It may be easily distinguished by the colour pattern and the sutural striae of elytra starting at margin of pronotal lobe, in combination.
