Diagnosis. Body black; fore wing hyaline with black apex; ovipositor sheath with a white band. Head elongate behind eyes; vertex with large widely spaced punctures; mesosoma densely rugosely punctate; hind coxa shining, without transverse carinae or punctures; ovipositor length subequal to fore wing length.
