Geographical distribution. Brazil (Rio de Janeiro [Petrópolis, Rio de Janeiro]).

Comments. The holotype male, 8 additional males, and 19 females are deposited in MNRJ. We revalidate the status of Audreia mosela , based on the morphology of genital structures, which distinguishes this species from those of Epilampra and Poeciloderrhis . The specimens do not have any tergal modification of the seventh abdominal segment, a character similar to that of Epilampra spp., but the configuration of L2vm (rounded apically) and the slightly elongated form of the right phallomere places these specimens in Audrea.
