Vouchers: Canindeyú: Rojas 3871, type ( ASU) .

Note: Tur (1999) mentioned that she has not seen the type material (which is the only known collection) and it’s possible that this specimen is actually a species from the genus Wettsteiniola . It was collected at the Guairá falls, which were destroyed during the construction of the Itaipú Dam.
