Distribution. Central and South Europe, Crimea, Caucasus, Turkey, Middle East.
Material examined. Crimea: 1 spec. ( KUMN) Ai-Petri, Bolshoi Canyon, under bark of Fagus, A. Drogvalenko leg., 6.v.1999 ; 2 spec. ( ZIN) Uchan-Su River, mouth of Barbala River , N. Yunakov leg., 30.v.2001 ; 4 spec. ( ZIN) Belbek [=Fruktove], Kizeritsky leg., v–vii.1922 .
Biology. Mixed forests. Adults occur in V–VII. In leaf litter, under bark and on dead trees.
