Like 43 but caespitose; leaves pinnatisect with pinnatipartite segments; all involucral bracts acute, with green back and black- brown, ciliate-incised margin and apex; ligules up to 15 x 6 mm, orange-yellow; disc 15-25 mm in diameter; achenes up to 2- 5 mm, with an irregularly dentate corona c. 1 mm.
