( Figs 67E View FIGURE 67 , 71 View FIGURE 71 , 72A View FIGURE 72 )
Diagnosis. Macropterous ♀ of Anteon with forewing with one dark spot around 2r-rs&Rs vein ( Fig. 58A View FIGURE 58 ); propodeal declivity with two strong longitudinal keels and median area mostly smooth, with keels only around margins; protarsomere 4 at most 0.5 × as long as basal part of 5.
Description. ♀ ( Figs 71 View FIGURE 71 , 72A View FIGURE 72 ). Fully winged; body length 2.7 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna testaceous, except antennomeres 9–10 brown; mesosoma black, except tegula testaceous; metasoma brown; legs brown. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 13:5:5:5:4:5:4:5:5:7.5. Head ( Fig. 71C View FIGURE 71 ) convex, shiny, punctate and sculptured by numerous irregular striae; frons with two lateral longitudinal keels near orbits and directed towards antennal toruli; vertex with two longitudinal keels connecting lateral ocelli to occipital carina; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 4; OL = 4; OOL = 3; OPL = 3; TL = 3; greatest breadth of lateral ocelli shorter than OPL (2:3). Pronotum shiny, unsculptured, except transverse keels on anterior surface; pronotal tubercle reaching tegula; posterior surface of pronotum much shorter than mesoscutum (5:12). Mesoscutum, mesoscutellum and metanotum ( Fig. 71A View FIGURE 71 ) shiny, unsculptured. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.3 × length of mesoscutum. Mesopleuron shiny, unsculptured. Metapleuron sculptured by slight transverse keels. Metapectal-propodeal disc with transverse posterior keel, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity with two complete longitudinal keels, median area shiny, unsculptured and lateral areas shiny and very slightly rugose. Forewing ( Fig. 71D View FIGURE 71 ) hyaline, with one dark spot around 2r-rs&Rs vein; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (4:8). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 7:2:2:2:10; protarsomere 3 produced into hook. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 67E View FIGURE 67 ) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 67E View FIGURE 67 ) with basal part much longer than distal part (7:3), with two rows of six bristles, in addition to setae; apex with 12 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
