Asuridia Hampson, 1900 , Catalogue of Lepidoptera Phalaenae in the British Museum 2: 412 (Type species: Ammatho carnipicta Butler, 1877 , by original designation).

Diagnosis. Small moths with reddish or yellowish colouration and black pattern. The male genital capsule of Asuridia is characterised by the densely setose medial costal process and sacculus, and the swollen uncus. In the female genitalia, the appendix bursae is originating from the anterior section of the corpus bursae, weakly scobinated and directed anteriorly, the antevaginal plate is large and strongly rugose, and the ductus bursae is asymmetrically sclerotised.

Distribution. Species of the genus are known from Himalaya, mainland China, Taiwan, Korean Peninsula, Japan, and Indochina.
