FEMALE (Specimen measured – Kenya: 1).

Dorsum ­ Dorsal shield with few lateral striations especially anterior to Z1, 358 long, 205 wide. Setae j1 and j3 38, j4 18, j5 21, j6 25, J2 broken, J5 8, z2 33, z4 40, z5 20, Z1 30, Z4 broken, Z5 75, s4 55, S2 35, S4 30, S5 35, r3 20, R1 13. All setae smooth, except Z5 which are lightly serrate.

Peritreme – Almost reaching level of j3.

Venter – Sternal and ventrianal shields with few striations. Distances between ST1­ ST3 63, ST2­ST2 70, ST5­ST5 80. With 2 pairs of metapodal shields. Ventrianal shield 105 long, 52 wide at ZV2 level and 80 wide at anus level.

Spermatheca ­ Calyx cone­shapped, 16 long; atrium distinct.

Legs – Macrosetae of genu I and tibia III sharp­tipped, macroseta of genu II blunt, and other macrosetae with hyalinous, knobbed tipes: SgeI 33, SgeII 28, SgeIII 35, StiIII 30, SgeIV 53, StiIV 38, StIV 65.
