(1998), Raghunathan & Suresh Kumar (2003).

Remarks. Valid species described from the United Kingdom ( Baird 1843). Hudec (2010) proposed a separate subgenus A. (Nanalonella) for a sole species A. nana .

Distribution. Palaearctic ( Smirnov 1996), Afrotropical (e.g., high mountains; Van Damme & Eggermont 2011) and Oriental zones ( Idris 1983; Maiphae et al. 2005). The Oriental populations need to be revised.
