Body length 4.0 mm, fore wing length 3.4 mm and antenna length 5.5 mm.

Antenna with 40 flagellomeres. Terminal flagellomere pointed. Median flagellomeres 2.2 x longer laterally than wide. Occipital carina complete, mediodorsally produced into weak but dostinct point, ventrally joining hypostomal carina. Mesopleuron largely coarsely rugose with hint of longitudinal alignment, precoxal sulcus deep and foveate rugose, speculum area shiny but coarsely sculptured. Midlongitudinal propodeal carina present on anterior 0.5 of propodeum only. Fore wing vein 2-CU1 2 x 1-CU1. Apex part of fore wing subbasal cell densely and evenly setose. Fore wing vein 3-SR 2 x vein r. Fore wing vein 2-SR+M 1.3 x vein r. Fore wing vein SR1 2.8 x vein 3-SR. Hind wing vein M+CU 1.45 x 1-M. Hind wing subbasal cell densely and evenly setose. Hind wing vein m-cu barely discernable as a weak, reclivous, antefurcal fold in wing membrane. Hind coxa strongly densely transversely striate basally. Apex of hind tibia without comb of modified setae medially. Claws without conspicuous pecten.
