Type material. Agrilus bispinosus Carter, 1924 . Described from a single specimen (holotype by monotypy). Type locality: “ Queensland: S. Johnstone River”. Type specimens: The type deposited in AMS was not studied. Distribution. Australia (Queensland).
Remarks. The taxonomic concept of Agrilus bispinosus used in this study was judged from the image of specimen ( Fig. 2A View FIGURE 2 ) from the type locality and compared with the type by Agrilus expert Gianfranco Curletti.
