DISTRIBUTION: Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Gambia, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Africa, Sudan, Togo, Tanzania, Uganda, Yemen, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: ‘Lusaka’, in Lusaka Province.
LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Larval foodplants include three Vitaceae species namely, Cissus quadrangularis L., Cyphostemma cirrhosum (Thunb.) Desc. ex Wild & R.B.Drumm. and Rhoicissus digitata Gilg & M.Brandt.
