Head black, except mandible (except brown teeth) and clypeus testaceous (except brown median stripe); antenna of holotype black, except scape, pedicel and flagellomeres 4–8 testaceous; antenna of paratype brown, except scape, pedicel and flagellomeres 3–8 testaceous; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; proleg brown, except tarsus, articulations and part of coxa testaceous; meso- and metalegs brown, except tarsi and distal extremities of coxae and trochanters testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 13:8:38:25:21:17:13:11:9:11; antennal ADOs present in antennomeres 5–10. Head dull, weakly excavated, granulate and reticulate rugose; frontal line complete; occipital carina incomplete, only present behind and shortly on sides of lateral ocelli (on sides reaching about 0.6 × length of OOL); POL = 5; OL = 5; OOL = 17; OPL = 2 (but branch of occipital carina curving and reaching inner side of lateral ocelli); temple distinct. Palpal formula 6/3. Pronotum crossed by strong transverse impression, dull, setose, granulate and reticulate rugose. with many longitudinal keels on sides; posterior edges of pronotum rounded, not produced into lobes. Mesoscutum and mesoscutellum dull, granulate and reticulate rugose. Notauli hardly visible among areolae of mesoscutum, apparently complete and posteriorly very close, but separated. Metanotum dull, short, transverse, rugose. Metapectal-propodeal disc dull, reticulate rugose, without strong transverse posterior keel; Propodeal declivity with two long, complete and subparallel longitudinal keels (keels begining at posterior apex and reaching anterior margin of metapectal-propodeal disc); median and lateral areas of propodeal declivity reticulate rugose; median area composed of areolae less wide than those of lateral areas. Mesopleuron and metapleuron dull, granulate and reticulate rugose. Forewing with two dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein approximately as long as proximal part (10:10). Hind wing hyaline. Protarsomeres in following proportions: 28:5:11:37:55. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 163B View FIGURE 163 ) with one strong subapical tooth and one row of 14 lamellae. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 163B View FIGURE 163 ) with two rows of 19 + 23 lamellae; apex with at least 25 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/0/1.
