Dusky yellow, antennae and pubescence pale yellow. Eyes reduced to points, with a shallow transverse depression between them, width across 0.25mm. Antennomeres III–XI L. 0.30mm. Mentum and prementum chaetotaxy as in Fig. 6I. Pronotum L. 0.20mm, W. 0.31mm, lateral margins evenly rounded to rectangular hind angles, strongly bordered, the border continuing along the posterior margin ( Fig. 13B). Elytra L. 0.34mmW. 0.35mm, truncate, chaetotaxy ( Fig. 13E). Proventrum, mesocoxae adjacent. Mesoventrum ( Fig. 13D), L. 0.13mm, reticulate, without pubescence. posterior margins broadly rounded at lateral corners. Metaventrum ( Fig. 13D), L. 0.11mm, reticulate and sparsely pubescent, distance between metacoxae 0.10mm. ♀, spermatheca ( Fig. 13B). ♂, not known.   Remarks: All specimens with eyes reduced to points and apterous.   Diagnosis: The form of the spermatheca distinguishes this species (but see remarks above re  P. concinna, which has a form of spermatheca most similar to that in this species).   Etymology: Named after the likeness of the spermatheca to that of  P. concinnaJohnson.   Material examined   Holotype, ♀, KENYA: Aberdares National Park, 64 miles W.
