Insecta Carabidae Singilis CoL Animalia Singilis Coleoptera 17 110 Arthropoda genus  Material examined. 851 m: 15.XI.2015, LT, 1♀.  Remarks. A rare species that was collected by light trapping in Acaciathorn woodlands during autumn. This unidentified species is closely related to S. cordiger(Peringuey, 1896), which is known from NA, ZA and ZW. Unfortunately, only a single female was collected, and males are needed for identification. Alexander Anichtchenko identified this species.
