They are light green to deep purple, sometimes with white hairs apically, and are very sticky.   Phenology.Galls begin to develop in February and adults emerge from them in late February-March. Distribution. Israel: Mezar, Bet Keshet Forest, Hosha'aya, Alonim, Tiv’on, HaSharon Forest.
