[no collection date]. Correction: Almeida et al.(2014)considered this specimen a paratype, which is incorrect. Pinto (1927b)studied several specimens for the description and there was no type designation, therefore this specimen is one of the syntypes, not a paratype.   Note: Usinger (1966: 464)stated that “The typeof  toledoiis in the Instituto Oswaldo Cruz. It was collected at Limeira, Sorocaba, São Paulo, Brazil”. However, he did not examine the typeseries, basing his redescription of the species on non-type specimens received from P. Wygodzinsky. Despiteof Usinger’s (1966) mention of “the type”, this specimen cannot be recognized in the collection.
