Steganina  ( Figs. 14C, 14D, 64)   Diagnosis.This species is similar to S. ( S.) yani  sp. nov.in the shape of male terminalia ( Figs. 63, 64), but can be distinguished from the latter by having the surstylus with numerous pubescence on outer surface ( Fig. 63A); the aedeagus with numerous regular, minute, serrated processes distomedially ( Fig. 63B, C); the subepandrial sclerite deeply bifurcated basally ( Fig. 64F).   Description.Male: First flagellomere brownish yellow. Clypeus yellow. Mesonotum and scutellum yellow ( Fig. 14C). Katepisternum brownish yellow ( Fig. 14D). Halter mostly grey ( Fig. 14D). Fore femur with a row of 3 thin setae on distal part of posteroventral surface. Abdominal tergites brownish yellow to brownish ( Fig. 14C, D); sternites brownish, slightly wider than long. Male terminalia ( Fig. 64): Epandrium with ca. 9 setae on dorsal to posterior portions per side ( Fig. 64A). Surstylus lacking serrated process, with 1 peg-like tooth and some setulae near distal margin ( Fig. 64A). Cercus with sparse pubescence ( Fig. 64A). Hypandrium roundly expanded anteromedially ( Fig. 64B, C). Pregonite blurry or absent ( Fig. 64B, C). Aedeagus with numerous minute, serrated processes distolaterally ( Fig. 64B, C).
