Vernacular Names: Berg's Tuco-tuco.

Distribution: SW Córdoba Prov. (C Argentina).

Discussion: Included in mendocinus by Cabrera (1961). Karyotype has 2n=48 and FN=90 (Giménez et al., 1999).
