Lectotype (Turland in Bull. Nat. Hist. Mus. London, Bot. 25: 152, f. 23. 1995): Herb. Linn. No. 726.23 ( LINN) .

Current name: Nepeta scordotis L. ( Lamiaceae ).

Note: Siddiqi (in Jafri & El Gadi, Fl. Libya 118: 96. 1985) stated "Type: Herb. Linn. 726.23/24 (LINN)". However, as these two collections are clearly not part of a single gathering, Art. 9.15 does not apply.
