Herpothallon aurantiacoflavum (B. de Lesd.) Aptroot, Lücking & G.Thor

The species is known only in the Neotropics: Bolivia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Lesser Antilles, Peru, Puerto Rico and Venezuela ( Harris 1989; Aptroot et al. 2009; Flakus et al. 2012a). In Bolivia so far it has been known from one locality ( Flakus et al. 2012a).
