Dichosporidium nigrocinctum (Ehrenb.) G.Thor

The species is widely distributed in the Neotropics ( Thor 1990; Cáceres 2007; Flakus 2008). In Bolivia it has been known from three records, all in Pando Department (Flakus 2008). All studied specimens contain protocetraric acid and represent chemotype I ( Thor 1990).
