Male. Body coloration usually grayish yellow to grayish ocher. Head in dorsal aspect anterior margin forming obtuse angle, in facial aspect uniformly yellow, vertex and apical margin of anteclypeus darker, apical margin of crown and vertex without any spots. Face in lateral aspect slightly bowed, ventral part of frontoclypeus almost two times wider than anteclypeus, posterior margin of antennal ledge almost half-way between apical margin of crown and apical margin of anteclypeus. Pronotum generally grayish yellow to grayish ocher, fore margin with more or less wide dim dark patch behind each eye, posterior margin usually more grayish, first plural sclerite in lateral aspect subheptagonal, with spots. Scutellum yellow, with black scutellar spot, two concave dim spots between scutellar spots. Forewing generally smoky ocher. Tergal apodemes of 2nd abdominal base short, divided by rounded triangular notch. Sternal apodemes more or less developed, distinctly triangular, inner margins almost parallel, divided by wide rectangular notch.

Male genitalia. Pygofer appendage comparatively wide, nearly straight, tapered before apical margin. Style more or less wide, abruptly constricted preapically, apical tooth distinctly bent inwards. Aedeagus in lateral aspect comparatively narrow at base, 1.15 times wider than length, broadened near midlength then tapered distally.

Female. Body yellow to ocher. Head in facial aspect generally yellow, apical margin of crown and vertex without any spots. Face in lateral aspect bowed, center of eye closer to apical margin of lorum than to apical margin of crown. Pronotum generally yellow to ocher, fore margin no more strongly produced than in male, with more or less wide dim dark patch and tiny spot behind each eye, posterior margin usually darker, first plural sclerite in lateral aspect diamond shape, with spots. Scutellum yellow, with black spot, two concave dark spots between scutellar spots. Forewing generally smoky yellow.

Female genitalia. Valvulae-II with 9–10 preapical teeth each.

Length. Male 4.7−5.0mm, female 5.0– 5.3mm.

Material examined. 4 males, 10 females, Hallasan , Jeju-do, Korea, 23.vii.1981, Y.J. Kwon (KNU) .

Distribution. Korea (new record: Jeju-do), China (Qinghai), Russian Far East.
