Material examined. Susan reservoir, 5 Jun. 2015; Yongsu reservoir, 4 Jul. 2015.

Description. Floatoblast small, flat, circular, 309 μm± 16, length/width about 1.0. Fenestra nearly circular ( Fig. 6A). Surface of dorsal and ventral side including annulus and fenestra covered with reticulation ( Fig. 6 A-C).

Remarks. Colony was not found. The colony of this species is known to be difficult to find.

Distribution. Korea, Japan, and North America.
