Remarks.-

A single specimen (a female) was spotted camouflaging with the tree trunk of an old tree in the dipterocarp forest. It has characters diagnostic of the genus: large inner and small outer tympana of fore tibia and long ovipositor ( Gorochov 2004). Two species have been described from Borneo (i.e. P. borneoensis Gorochov, 2004 and P. lagrecai Gorochov, 2004), neither of which has had the female described ( Gorochov 2004). It is therefore difficult to affirm the species name.
