Etymology.
Chelonus scottmilleri is named to honor Dr. Scott Miller of the Smithsonian Institution for his decades of peripheral and direct support of the establishment of ACG and the permanent deposit of the ACG inventory voucher specimens, both DNA barcoded and not, as well as facilitating their collateral information integration with that of older specimens in the same Smithsonian collections.
