Stipe central, equal, smooth, pale brown, 25-35 × 1-2 mm. Hyphal system monomitic, generative hyphae simple septate, rarely branched, without clamp connections, thin-walled, hyaline, 3.2-7.8 μm. Basidia cylindrical to subclavate, 4-spored, smooth, thin-walled, hyaline, with a clamp connection, 15.9-24.8 × 3.7-6.1 μm. Cheilocystidia rare, cylindrical to subclavate, 24.9-39.7 × 6.4-8.5 μm. Pleurocystidia absent. Basidiospores cylindrical, smooth, thin-walled, hyaline, sometimes bearing a guttule, 5.6-8.3 × 3.1-4.2 μm [Q = 1.81-1.98].

Notes - Mycena yuezhuoi is classified as My. pura complex in Mycena sect. Calodontes and is characterized by lilac to purple and bell-shaped pileus less than 35 mm in diam ( Liu et al., 2021; 2022). Mycena pearsoniana is grouped with My. yuezhuoi in the phylogenetic analysis ( Fig. 10 View Fig ). Mycena pearsoniana was previously reported in Juwangsan National Park ( Kwon et al., 2020), which shows same habitat with KUC20190731-37 and KUC20191011-27A. Mycena pearsoniana differs from My. yuezhuoi by having a white to light brown pileus, clavate basidia, and wider basidiospores 5.5-9.1× 3.5-4.8 μm ( Singer, 1958; Maas Geesteranus, 1992; Kwon et al., 2020).
