Material examined

Seven specimens were collected from Yunnan Province, two specimens from Guizhou Province .

Remarks

This species was reported as a new record for China from Shaanxi Province ( Li 2007). Colourless. Eyes present. Cuticle smooth. Pharynx with apophyses, three macroplacoids and a microplacoid, the first macroplacoid in contact with the apophyses, the first two macroplacoids equal in length and almost in contact with each other, the third macroplacoid longer than the first two. Claws of Isohypsibius type, the principle branch of the external double claws with two small accessory points. Cuticular bars present on the first three pairs of legs. My specimen fits the description of this species ( Ramazzotti and Maucci 1983). This is the first report of this species from the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau.
