Material examined. 1 male. CHINA, Yunnan province, Daweishan Nature Reserve, Pingbian city, altitude 1600 m, 2-V-2018, leg. Si-yao Huang and Tian-tian Yu. 1 female, same label as the Yunnan specimen mentioned above ( SCAU) .
Identification notes. Wingspan about 43 mm. Forewing brownish black, with white scales outside the reniform stigma, orbicular and reniform stigma black. Hindwing with terminal band broad, anal angle black, submedial area with a black, longitudinal stripe, discal spot small.
Diagnosis. This species can be characterized by the following characters: hindwing with the discal spot small, terminal band darkish black, continuous and broad, from costa to anal angle, submedial area with the longitudinal stripe is not obvious.
Distribution. China (Yunnan, Xizang), India, Nepal, Myanmar, Thailand ( Chen 1999; Kononenko & Pinratana 2005).
