Remarks.

Bytinski-Salz and Brandt (1937) proposed this name as an aberration of C. trochylus (Freyer, 1838). Therefore, as stated by article 45.6.2 ( ICZN 1999) it is deemed to be an infrasubspecific name (the author used “aberration”, “ab.”) and is hence unavailable.
