Diagnosis. Females resemble those of H. mesopotamica in lacking spines on the tibia I, but differ by the shape of the epygine, longer than wide in this species (see Gertsch 1936: fig. 30), vs wider than longer in H. mesopotamica (see Galiano 1976b: fig. 48).
Description. Male. Unknown.
