Cyllodania Simon, 1902 View in CoL
Cyllodania Simon, 1902: 363 View in CoL (type species by original designation: Cyllodania bicruciata Simon, 1902 View in CoL ); Galiano 1963b: 341 (redescription of type species); Galiano 1977a; Ruiz & Maddison 2015; Maddison 2015; World Spider Catalog 2017.
Diagnosis. Cyllodania resembles Thiodina , Hyetussa , Arachnomura , Atomosphyrus and Tartamura in having spine-like setae on the anterior surface of male paturon ( Figs 8A‒ 8I View FIGURE 8 ; see also Galiano 1977a: fig. 11). The genus differs from Thiodina , Hyetussa , Arachnomura and Tartamura by having a keel on the male paturon ( Figs 8B‒8C View FIGURE 8 ; see also Galiano 1977a: figs 11, 12). Cyllodania differs from Atomosphyrus for having a distal dilatation at the tip of the embolus ( Figs 12D View FIGURE 12 , 13D View FIGURE 13 ; see also Galiano 1977a: figs 21, 22).
List of species (chronological order):
1. Cyllodania bicruciata Simon, 1902 (type species) 2. Cyllodania trinidad sp. nov.
3. Cyllodania zoobotanica sp. nov.
