Range:— Endemic to Bolivia (LP).
Ecology:— Locally fairly common; epiphytic and saxicolous in humid forests; 1700–2800 m.
Notes:— Distinctive, essentially a 1-pinnate-pinnatisect to 2-pinnate-pinnatifid version of A. achalense , but variable in the degree of blade dissection, and possibly only an aberrant, local form of A. achalense .
