Remarks.

The classification of this taxon by Thompson (2011: 107) with Bulinus unicolor Sowerby I, 1833 was incorrect, as shown by the typical Drymaeus protoconch sculpture of the lectotype. The specimen is subadult and the locality is very inprecise, making it difficult to match the material with any known taxon. The current systematic position tentively follows Breure and Eskens (1981).
