Wing with false vein in A. bothnicus , A. scrotus , A. globosus , and A. quadrus ; pars ventralis present in bilobulatus subgroup; superior volsella often reduced; inferior volsella without accessory lobe except in A. bilobulatus and A. deborae ; crista dorsalis not evident except in A. bubatus , A. deborae and A. bothnicus . Only female of A. bilobulatus with undivided tergite known. Frontal apotome of pupa without warts, spinules or tubercles except in A. longicrus ; tergal conjunctives II/III and VII/VIII bare except II/III in A. longicrus ; sternal conjunctives III/IV bare in A. longicrus and A. bothnicus , with spinules in A. bilobulatus and A. neobilobulatus, VIII /IX bare in A. bothnicus ; male genital sac with apical papilla except in A. bothnicus and A. longicrus . Larva known only from A. bothnicus , without premandibular brush, mandible with 3 inner teeth, mentum with 4 pair of teeth, posterior parapods with 8-12 claws.
