Description. Adult and larva described by Capener (1973) and Malenovský et al. (2007).

Host plant. Ekebergia benguelensis , E. capensis (Meliaceae) .

Biology. Inducing pimple galls on leaves ( Capener 1973).

Distribution. Angola, Cameroon, Kenya, South Africa ( Malenovský et al. 2007).
