Diagnosis: Males of P. bong are characterized by the bifid, ventrally pointing prong on the proximal part of the tegulum and the RTA with a basal outgrowth with two short sharp tips in dorsal view. Females are recognized by the two oblong structures near the posterior margin of the epigyne, each with six longitudinal stripes.
Etymology: The species name is a noun in apposition taken from the type locality.
