Description.

Paton et al. (2009: 318), Paton et al. (2013: 260), as Plectranthus montanus Benth.

Distribution.

Tropical and S Africa, Arabian Peninsula, S India.

Habitat and ecology.

Wooded savannah, rock outcrops, marshland, fallow fields; 1000–1400 m elev.
