Material examined. Holotype: ♂, mixed forest (36°41 ʹ 29 ʺ N, 129°20 ʹ 22 ʺ E, alt. 175 m), Onjeong-myeon, Uljin-gun , Gyeongsangbuk-do, 24 July 2010, J. C. Lim GoogleMaps . Paratypes: 2$$, same data as holotype.
Etymology. The specific name comes from the type lo- cality, Mt. Chilbo.
Diagnosis. The new species is very similar to A. scitulus Paik, 1974 in the general appearance, but different from the latter by the shapes of paracymbial branches, the pseudolamella and the lamellar extension ( Fig. 14 View Fig A-C).
Description. Male (holotype). Total length 2.04. Habitus as in Figure 6F View Fig . Carapace dirty brown, 1.08 long, 0.88 wide; Clypeus height 2.2 times of diameter of AME. AER 0.40, PER 0.43. Both eye rows recurved in dorsal view. AME 0.07, ALE 0.09, PME 0.08, PLE 0.09, AME-AME 0.03, AME-ALE 0.07, PME-PME 0.07, PME-PLE 0.09, AME-PME 0.09, and ALE-PLE contiguous. Median ocular quadrangle, posterior side>height>anterior side (18:17:11). Chelicera with a tooth on each margin. Sternum 0.60 long, 0.56 wide. Labium 0.21 wide. Abdomen oval and dark brown, with six pairs of marginal dots and three medial dots, and 0.96 long, 0.68 wide. Palp ( Fig. 14 View Fig A-C): paracymbium bifurcated by a broad lower branch and a narrow upper branch, with a small hooked proximal process and a small sharp-pointed lateral process; pit hook of suprategulum distinct; anterior part of median membrane round, chitinized. Embolic division: anterior part of radix hook-like; posterior part broad; embolus proper and apex small and pointed; anterior terminal apophysis blunt, median one membranous with a serrated margin and papillae; pseudolamella bifurcate distally; lamellar extension long, membranous.
Female (paratype). Total length 2.12. Habitus as in Figure 6G View Fig . Carapace 1.00 long, 0.80 wide. Clypeus height 3 times of diameter of AME. AER 0.35, PER 0.39. AME 0.05, ALE 0.09, PME 0.09, PLE 0.09, AME-AME 0.03, AME-ALE 0.05, PME-PME 0.04, PME-PLE 0.04, AME-PME 0.09, and ALE-PLE 0.01. Median ocular quadrangle, posterior side = height>anterior side (17:10). Chelicera with three promarginal and five retromarginal teeth. Sternum 0.56 long, 0.55 wide. Labium 0.20 wide. Abdomen 1.44 long, 0.84 wide. Epigynum: scape coiled; posterior median plate broad transversely; distal part of scape with well-developed lateral lobes ( Fig. 14 View Fig D-F) .
Habitat. Mixed forest.
World Distribution. Korea (Gyeongsangbuk-do).
