Diagnosis
Following Fleutiaux (1918): entirely blackish brown, not very shiny, elytra with whitish pubescense forming denser macula; antenna extending beyond half of body in male; pronotum as long as wide, barely narrowed in front, slightly sinuated laterally, strongly furrowed meddianly; hind angles acute and divergent posteriorly; scutellum round; elytra wider than pronotum, fairly convex interstriae. Similar to cantori , but differs it from mainly by the shape of pronotum and surface of elytra.
