Remarks.

We have not examined any specimens of this species, but the presence of this species in Iraq is extremely plausible based on its known global distribution, its abundance in a wide variety of habitats, the map records indicated by Gusenleitner and Schwarz (2002), and the presence of this species in neighbouring Turkey and Iran.

West and Central Palearctic ( Gusenleitner and Schwarz 2002; Ascher and Pickering 2023).
