Diagnosis. Body 13.5–24.5 mm; fore wing 10–18 mm; ovipositor 17–34 mm long.

Body black. Palpi and tegula yellow. Clypeus reddish brown. All legs reddish brown except hind tibia and tarsus black. Antenna with 28–35 flagellomeres.

Face shiny, sparsely and weakly punctate. Head parallel, slightly contracting behind eyes in dorsal view. Frons shiny and without wrinkles. Malar space granulate, 0.25 × as long as mandible base. Mandible rugosely punctate. Pronotum glabrous. Speculum convex and glabrous; mesopleural pit distinct. Prepectal carina short, end at lower corner of pronotum. Propodeum rugosely and coarsely punctate, without carina; longitudinal median part of propodeum concave. Area postero-media and postero-externa not separated, glabrous. Petiole with spiracle before the middle of petiole. First and second tergites elongate; third and fourth tergites almost quadrate. Dorsal lobe of ovipositor with five to six ridges.
