Vernacular Names: Mistratoan Yellow-shouldered Bat.

Distribution: W Andes of Colombia.

Conservation: IUCN 2003 – Not evaluated (new species); and not considered in IUCN / SSC Action Plan (2001).

Discussion: Subgenus Sturnira . Known only from the holotype.
