Notes: —The original material of Th. pulegioides subsp. ucrainicus is represented, according to the protologue, by 46 herbarium gatherings (syntypes), of which only 18 have so far been found at CWU and KW, namely those cited in the protologue under the following numbers: Nos. 1, 4, 5, 7, 9, 11, 15, 18, 23, 24, 25, 27, 28, 31, 32, 34, 36 and 39 (see the list below). One of these specimens CWU0050487! (i.e., No. 23, Fig. 4 View FIGURE 4 ) is designated here as the new lectotype to substitute the one that has been lost (see discussion above). This specimen is well-corresponding to the protologue (Klokov & Desjatova-Shostenko 1932) and contains a hermaphroditic plant at flowering phase with generative shoots up to 25 cm high, middle cauline leaves 10.9–16.2 mm long and 4.2–5.9 mm wide, and calyces 2.19–2.69 mm long. The two existing duplicates of this specimen, namely CWU0050485! and CWU0050490!, are considered to be isolectotypes (Art. 9.4(d) [footnote] of the ICN).
