Distribution. Widespread Afrotropical species reaching desert and semidesert regions of the Indian subcontinent in Pakistan ( BALTHASAR 1964, BORDAT 1990, DELLACASA 1988, DELLACASA & DELLACASA 2006a, ENDRŐDI 1964) and northern India: Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand ( MITTAL 1981, 1999, 2000, 2005). First record for the state of Rajasthan.
