Opalimosina (Opalimosina) prominentia Su in Su et al., 2013: 96–97 [male, illustr.]. Type locality: China, Shanxi, Qinshui, Zhongcun, Xiachuan .
Description. Female ( Figs. 7A–B View FIGURES 7. 7 ). Body length 1.2–1.5 mm, wing 1.0– 1.3 mm. General color brown. C -index=1.3– 1.4, r-m–dm-m: dm-m =2.5–2.6. Abdomen: Tergites sparsely and shortly setulose. T7 with some setulae and a pair of long setae. T8 short medially, with 2 long setae, laterally extended and bearing thin ventral projection on each side. T10 fused with cerci, with a pair long setae at tip. Cercus wide, narrows from middle to apical, with dense setulae and 1 slightly flattened seta at middle ( Fig. 8A View FIGURES 8. 8 ). S7 wide, with sparse setulae and a pair of longer setae posteromedially. S8 rounded rectangle, with some setulae and a pair long setae. S10 huge, laterally extended to dorsal, with membranous middle and well sclerotized lateral (with dense setulae and a pair long setae) ( Fig. 8B View FIGURES 8. 8 ). 3 globular spermathecaes.

Comments: This species distributes in Palaearctic region, records only from China Shanxi ( Su et al., 2013). Specimens examined in this study were also all from China Shanxi.
