Type host. Man

Type locality. Argentina, Santiago del Estero Province.

Holotype: 3 MLP 3147.

Remarks. G. inesae was transferred to the genus Beatogordius Heinze as B. inesae ( Cavalieri, 1961) by Miralles (1984b).
