Material examined. Holotype: ♂, Vietnam, Vinh Phu Prov. , Tam Dao, 1100 m, 3.vi.1997, Y. Arita leg. ( Fig. 7 View FIGURES 1–8 , NSMT) . Paratype: 1 ♀, same locality, 3.v.1994, H. Karube leg. ( Fig. 8 View FIGURES 1–8 , NSMT) .

This species was described from several specimens collected in Northern Vietnam. We figure it here due to its superficial similarity to species of Lamellisphecia , including L. minwangi sp. nov.
